SwigCom Technologies Private Limited, on behalf of itself and its affiliates/group companies under the brand “SixBeesAI” (“SixBeesAI”), is the author and publisher of the internet resource www.sixbeesai.com and the mobile application ‘SixBeesAI’ (together, “Website”).

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to subscriptions and paid services purchased from SixBeesAI through our website. By starting a paid subscription, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Free Trial Before Payment

SixBeesAI offers a 7-day free trial so customers can evaluate the platform before choosing a paid pricing plan. Customers are encouraged to review the features, suitability, and service experience during the free trial period before making a payment.

2. No Refunds on Paid Pricing Plans

Once a customer purchases or renews a paid SixBeesAI pricing plan, the subscription fee is non-refundable. This applies to monthly, quarterly, annual, and any other paid subscription plans offered by SixBeesAI.

Since access to the service is provided digitally and a free trial is available before payment, we do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Non-usage of the service
  • Accidental purchase
  • Unused subscription time or unused credits
  • Downgrade requests
  • Cancellation after payment

3. Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges

We will review billing-related issues and, where a genuine duplicate or incorrect charge is confirmed, correct the issue or reverse the duplicate charge to the original payment method.

  • Cancellation stops future automatic renewals or future subscription charges.
  • After cancellation, access may continue until the end of the already-paid billing period.
  • Cancelling a paid subscription does not create a refund for the current billing period.
  • To avoid being charged after a free trial, the subscription must be cancelled before the trial period ends.

5. Plan Changes

If you upgrade or change your subscription plan, the applicable billing changes will be shown before confirmation wherever possible. Downgrades or cancellations do not result in refunds for previous payments or unused time in the current billing period.

6. Account Suspension or Termination

SixBeesAI may suspend or terminate access if a customer violates our Terms of Service, applicable laws, WhatsApp/Meta policies, or platform usage rules. No refund will be provided for accounts suspended or terminated due to misuse, policy violations, fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.

7. Third-Party Services

SixBeesAI may depend on third-party services such as the WhatsApp Business Platform, Meta, hosting providers, payment processors, and other integrations. We are not responsible for refunds due to outages, restrictions, policy changes, account limitations, or disruptions caused by third-party services.
